Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- beauty products
- Hygiene or intimate products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
